Driving Directions:

North bound: From I-405 take exit 12, stay in left lane and go toward 116th Ave SE, stay in right lane and turn right onto SE 1st St., continue on SE 1st St (becomes 120th Ave. NE), pass NE 5th St. and turn right onto first drive-in to the parking lot, turn right again and go to the corner end of the parking lot. Arrive. (I am sharing my office space with Chosen Chiropractic, LLC.) South bound: From I-405 take exit 13B, off ramp go to NE 8th St. East, continue on NE 8th St. East direction, take right onto 120th Ave NE, pass Midlakes and immediately turn left onto the parking lot, turn right and go to the corner end of the parking lot.
