Office Policies

Insurance:

At the present the doctor in the process of applying to become a health care provider and do not bill any insurance companies. A growing number of insurance companies will reimburse for acupuncture treatments. Consult your insurer for terms of coverage on your policy.

She will gladly provide a “super bill” that you may submit directly to your insurance company, which in turn might reimburse you directly. However, full payment is due at the time of each treatment. A receipt will be given after each treatment for patients to submit for insurance reimbursement.

Payment Methods:
We accept personal checks, cash, Visa, Master Card, and American Express for payment.

Confidentiality:
Patient’s confidentiality as require by state law is maintained at all times.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made no later then 24 hours before treatment or a cancellation charge will be made.
